1. Group Master Plant Immersion

A shared ceremonial container tailored to support collective healing, where individuals come together to work with plant spirits in a supportive, communal setting. Group dietas are designed to harmonize the group’s energies while allowing each person to embark on their own unique journey. You may choose to form your own group with a plant spirit that resonates with you, or you may choose to join a group offering I am hosting for  a plant spirit that wants to come in and guide the group’s process. This group experience offers a sense of community while respecting each individual’s process.

You will receive:
- A short immersion into the dieta process for 3 days
- 1 hour Group Opening call
- Individually-tailored opening and closing arrangements for your portal
- 1 hour Group Closing call
- 1.5 hour individual Integration call post-dieta
- 1 hour Group Integration call post-dieta
- On-call support leading into, during and up to 1 week post-dieta

2. Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Package

Comprehensive holistic support for entering into ceremonies and integrating the wisdoms gained through your own deep knowing. This package guides you through every step of the process, from intentional preparation to post-ceremony integration. Through a blend of ancient healing practices, transformative approaches, and intuitive support, I help you unlock your inner wisdom and transform the insights gained into lasting healing and personal growth.

You will receive:
- 1 hour Preparation call
- 2 hour Integration call

3. Psychedelic Integration Services

Incorporating Embodied Imagination techniques based on Jungian psychology to help integrate the insights gained during your psychedelic journey. This approach blends somatic practices with deep psychological exploration, allowing you to embody and process your experiences for lasting transformation and healing.

- 1.5 hour Integration call

A dedicated ceremonial container tailored to your needs, focused on energetic healing.  I will help you choose the right plant spirit based on your unique path, offering guidance to support your transformative journey. Choosing the right plant for your dieta is a deeply intuitive process that aligns with your personal journey. Together, we’ll explore your intentions, current life circumstances, and areas of focus to help select the plant spirit that will best support your healing and transformation. Each plant offers unique gifts, and I’ll provide guidance to ensure that the plant you choose resonates with your path, offering you the wisdom, healing, and energy you need at this time. Social dietas are incredibly supportive of your life, as they allow you to stay in your own space, uphold your daily commitments, and seamlessly integrate the ceremony and healing process. There's no need to travel or take time off - everything is designed to work with your routine.
